Hotel Arctic welcomes you to beautiful surroundings with a view of the town and fjord and its large imposing icebergs. The hotel is situated just outside of the town and 1.5 kilometres from the airport. The hotel bus shuttles regularly between the hotel and the town.
 
The hotel is typified by a relaxed, professional atmosphere in the newly rebuilt facilities. In year 2000, the hotel has also been enlarged with a new wing of 22 superior quality rooms.
 
From May to October it is possible to stay in one of five charming aluminium igloos located right beside the hotel. All are furnished with bath/lavatory, as well as electric heating, telephone and TV.
 
The hotel's Ulo restaurant, which widely uses Greenlandic fish and game in its internationally inspired dishes, has a panoramic view of the town and the mouth of the Ice Fjord. Coffee and tea may also be served in the fireplace lounge decorated by Lin Utzon.

The four-star, modern conference facilities comply with contemporary demands for effectiveness. In addition to a maximum capacity of 110 persons, the hotel also has video conference equipment, as well as a computer room with sixteen Pentium PCs interconnected in a network.
